Terms of Service
Subscription Agreement. By signing up for a Borderless Commerce subscription plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase. After the initial 7-day window, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Contact our support team within the refund window to request a refund.
Service Fees. Service fees are applied as a percentage of each order total, as specified by your subscription tier. The Basic (free) tier includes a 10% service fee. Paid tiers offer reduced service fees as indicated on the pricing page.
Enterprise Plans. Enterprise plans are available by application only. Pricing and terms are negotiated individually based on your business needs. Approved applicants will be contacted by our team with a custom proposal.
Changes to Plans. Borderless Commerce reserves the right to modify plan pricing, features, and terms with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes via email.
