Shipping Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Borderless Commerce, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions:
1. Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options:
- BC-Handled Shipping: Borderless Commerce manages the entire shipping process from China to your destination.
- Own Agent: You provide your own shipping agent details for delivery coordination.
2. Domestic Shipping (China)
All products must first be shipped from the supplier to our warehouse in China. Domestic shipping fees are calculated based on the supplier’s location and will be added to your order total at checkout.
3. International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination country
- Selected shipping method (Continental Flight, Hong Kong Flight, HK UPS, Fast Parcel)
You will receive a shipping payment link once your order is ready to ship from our China warehouse. Payment must be completed before shipment.
4. Processing Time
Order processing typically takes 3-7 business days after supplier confirmation. Additional time may be required for quality inspection or consolidation services if selected.
5. Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their destination country. Borderless Commerce is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships internationally. Domestic China tracking may not be available for all suppliers.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Borderless Commerce is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
8. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Continental Flight: 15-25 business days
- Hong Kong Flight: 10-20 business days
- HK UPS: 7-15 business days
- Fast Parcel: 5-10 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by you, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
