Yes, if you are not satisfied with the pricing estimates of our freight forwarder, you can select to ship the goods to your personal freight forwarder. Make sure to select “Ship to my own freight forwarder” option at checkout and put your forwarder’s Chinese address, name, and phone number in Chinese characters. Note: We will not be responsible for any lost items caused by 3rd party forwarders.
You can make a refund claim within 5 days of your purchase, and we can ask the supplier to issue a refund. Any items already shipped outside of China do not qualify for a refund. Requests must be made while the products are still in China.
Yes, for an additional fee, we can offer inspection services to send you pictures of the product before shipping the items to your location. You can select “Inspect my goods” to have this service included at checkout.
At this moment, it is not possible due to the unpredictable nature of the cost of shipping based on product weight and dimensions. For now, we will continue to support 2 payments on the platform, one for the goods, and one for the shipping. Future versions may offer this option.
